Snowy Days

We do get snow in Idaho every once in awhile. I know we dont get TONS, but it's fun when we actually do get it. So, here are a few pictures over this winter.

This is my amazing boy shoveling the walk! Without asking!!!
Yes, He's wearing Isabel's coat under his. So, no we do usually make him wear blue hearts. But, Gabe sure knows what it takes to stay warm!

Good ol' fashion snow down the neck fight! (in our front yard)

I had to go shovel the driveway this week and the girls needed to come with me. So, we found the old one year old snow suit and some way to big boots for Beatrice. She could barely move! It was so funny! She ended up just crawling around. Needless to say, it didnt last long because she was crying of frustration. Funny though. Poor girl. Notice the snow outside the garage door.

Adeline is my good helper! We got this much snow overnight this week.

This is what we do sometimes on snowy days! Make snowflakes!

I had to do one too!

Christmas card photo try outs!

Wow! How is it that it takes so much time to just prepare for a family photo? OH YEAH! KIDS! Ok, so we tried to do our family photos next to this really cool door down in the "abandoned building district" of our little town. But, right before we were about to leave, I LOST MY KEYS! That actually NEVER happens to me! So, it was just too dark by the time we got there! (Thank you Tina for taking what you could! Tina is a great friend that was brave enought to agree to shoot some photos for us with my camera.)

Beatrice is LOST!

Bea was really needing to see what Gabe was up to!

So, why is Izzy clear and the others fuzzy?
Is that lighting issues?
I'm still learning!

Oh yeah, Beatrice also has a black eye! She trips all the time learning how to walk!

So, then we had to wait until Sat. morning. Beatrice was sick and she still had her black eye! Plus, it also had just SNOWED Friday night. So, it was cold! Can you tell? Oh well! We still are happy and the same family, we just had high hopes for an awesome Christmas Card this year. But, We still will send out our card with a picture of all of us. We are still a cute family, if I am allowed to say that. I guess it's my blog.

That wind is fierce! The Mail Man came when we were taking a few!

Were done!

My little black eyed pal!

I love to see the Temple!

I love that we have a temple 5 mins away! I go all the time now. I love it!

So, this has been on my mind to post this forever, but now I'm doing it. These photos were taken at the open house this summer. Some I got from the internet! We are just so lucky!

We heard about when the Angel Moroni was going on top of the temple and we got shots of it. Only the stake presidents were told by church headquarters and was supposed to be hush hush. So, naturally, the entire town was there to see it!! Ha!

The kids and I at the temple open house.

Utah trip

We had a great time this past weekend in Utah. We went down to see Peter Pan. A play produced and preformed by the South Jordan Community Theatre! Totally awesome! Anyone that is in that area the next time they do their performances, you just have to go!! Really great job! Kim, Chris's sister, choreographed the entire show! And, the nieces were in it too! We just had to go and see what they worked so hard for.

On our journey, we also met up with Johnson cousins, Granny and also some new family! Zoe, also Chris's sister, got married! She eloped! The only way to go!!! Her new hubby's name is Chris! HA! And he has 2 kids! Soo Cute! So, while we were there, we took some fun shots!

Fun STUFF!

SO, here we are having a total blast with the Johnson cousins!!!

This is Isabel's best friend/cousin!
Here is a once in a lifetime shot of all the Lheron Family together.

The Big Cut!

The girls and I have had long hair forever. It has been really fun! But, we knew it was time to say goodbye and let someone else benefit from the hair, Locks of Love. So, we decided to cut our hair OFF while we were in Utah this past weekend!
I was so proud of Isabel and Adeline. They did a really great job for my stepsister in law, Angie. We had a great time! Isabel donated 10inches. Her hair was the healthiest!
Adeline donated 14 inches. She still had blonde curls from when she was a baby!!!
I donated 20 inches!! Amazing!!
Thanks Angie, you did a great job!!
So, what do you think of our new doo???
Not really great hair days for our last, but we were too excited to cut our hair to worry!
